The third floor of The Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is home to some of the world’s most celebrated restaurants, including the city’s outpost of NYC’s Beauty & Essex. On weekend nights, the restaurant’s lobby lounge hosts a special champagne service, and Watts & Dray was commissioned to reimagine this dynamic space.

Centered beneath a 20’x20’ custom carpet and a mouth-blown stained glass nautilus overhead, the design tightly focuses energy through a bold, curated color palette of neon pinks, yellows, reds, and golds. The space is anchored by a custom-designed bar featuring a jewelry boutique and display top, filled with hand-selected Cuban links and rope chains sourced directly from NYC’s Chinatown.

The result is an immersive environment that balances high-energy nightlife with intimate, detailed moments—enhancing the guest experience while reinforcing the restaurant’s status as a destination within the hotel.
